Here we again brings a lip smacking recipe of "Paneer Angara"

Paneer Angara is a delicious dish with smoky flavor, it is prepared with the help of burnt charcoal which gives a smoky flavor to enhance it's taste .In this recipe the prepared quantity would be enough for 4-5 persons.

Ingredients :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 2
Garlic cloves - 1 tbsp
Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 7-8
Tomatoes chopped - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon sticks - 2
Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 2
Black pepper corn - 4-5
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 200 gm
Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Wooden charcoal - 1
Desi ghee - 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves - 1 tsp
