In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to understand your task performance in HubSpot.

While you complete tasks, in your tasks index page, you have an overview of your task performance, activities from your contacts, and upcoming events. These tools and data can help you to better plan and understand how you use tasks in HubSpot.

Steps to Follow:

Step1.In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales in the dropdown menu click Tasks.

Step 2. In the right panel, click to view the tabs to understand about your overall performance with your tasks.

Step 3. If you don't see the right panel, click the two left arrows in the top right to expand the panel.

Step 4. The Insights tab gives you an overview of your past performance with tasks.

Step 5.Activities: this shows you the number of calls and meetings you've completed this past week.

Step 6.Deals: click the Activities dropdown menu and select Deals to view the number of deals you created this past week.

Step 7.Weekly activity report: this section shows you your activity in the past week compared to the previous week. This includes calls, emails, and meetings.

Step 8. Tasks performance: this section shows you how you've been performing at your tasks.

Step 9. Feed tab shows you activity feed.

Step 10. Click Filters and use the dropdown menus to filter based on specific activity types, sequence enrollment, or lifecycle stages. Once you've selected your filters, click Apply.

Step11.Schedule tab shows you a timeline of the events you have in your connected calendar for that day.
