Starblanket: A Spirit Journey

This is the full short documentary film about Noel Starblanket's journey to his traditional roots after having been one of the youngest chiefs to serve in Saskatchewan, Canada. After many years of fighting for his people in the political realm, Noel went back to the teachings of his ancestors.

He sought to incorporate traditional teachings to heal a generation that had suffered through Canada's oppressive Residential School system.
