Описание к видео Compoundable & Non Compoundable Offence /Section 320 Cr. P. C /How to compromise in Criminal Cases?

Before entering and believing in terms and conditions of a agreement in a criminal matter, it is important first to look into legalities of that settlement in terms of section 320 (1) to (9) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Offences where parties can entered into settlement are categorised as `compoundable offence` and where not is categorised as `non compoundable offence`. Compoundable offence also being categorised first where party itself can compound the offence and second where it can be compounded with permission of concerned court.Sometimes accused either being real culprit or being innocent want to enter into a settlement with complainant or complainant agrees just as both want peace of mind & don't want to entangle themselves in long Criminal Trial, but before entering such a settlement they must know how the law of the land favours in this regard. In this video we will try to cover all those aspects. This video will be helpful to young lawyers, law students and general public to understand how, when, where they may or may not entered into settlement against Criminal Cases. With special reference to powers of High Court in Writ Jurisdiction and 482 Cr.PC i.e Inherent Power of High Court.
Thank you for your valuable time & energy.
