The FDX2500 is a high-performance Single-Lane Filling and Sealing line for retail containers like cups, tubs, trays, and buckets. It automates filling, sealing when the PL500 installed and closing. Pre-adjusted tooling set allows a 20 minutes container change-over. When required, new tooling set can be bought to easily launch new SKUs.

The FDX2500 can manage:

Round, square, oval or rectangular, open-mouth containers, including plastic, paperboard, aluminum, and more.
Regular and Tamper-Evident Containers:
Adding the PL500 film sealing machine allows it to handle sealable containers, with or without over-caps.
