Nobody leaves Pampanga without giving up a notch on their belt. The “culinary capital of the Philippines” has been serving up the country’s favorites for decades, dishing out the hearty, the sweet, and the savory. Of course, a visit is never complete without stocking up on these delights; a remembrance that will last way past your trip.

This time, Dondz crafts a tart doozy to balance these rich kapangpangan flavors. A citrusy delight fashioned to refresh you for the next course. And the next, and the next. Drink, eat, repeat.

STREET & SOUR
Ingredients:
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orange Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
45ml Tanduay Rhum
Cubed Ice
Lemon Peel
Rice Cake

How To Mix:
Squeeze 15ml lemon juice and 15ml orange juice into shaker. Add 10ml of simple syrup and 45ml of Tanduay Rhum. Shake and pour into tumbler. Cut fresh lemon peel, express the lemon peel oil to glass rim and garnish with peel. Served best paired with rice cake. Sip and enjoy!
