STABILITY is a bedroom pop song that had one goal in mind: what if I turned my panic attacks and nightmares into song? This was written during a time where I had started struggling with the idea of being okay with life’s uncertainty, and my dreams started instigating this in a way with these nightmares that always left me waking up in a cold sweat. I wanted to make something that felt upbeat, but that was also accompanied with sad lyrics cause those types of songs are always fun to listen to! I also wanted to try something new with my production so I tried fusing elements of bossa nova, reggaeton and bedroom pop together, and I think it results in a very calm, cool, and collected aesthetic that’s very unique for my discography! I feel like this song in particular is perfect for late night drives.
