Getting a complete and accurate mortgage application is important to be able to properly represent the financial ability of the client to the lender. Inconsistencies and mistakes in an application can, at the very least slow the process of obtaining a mortgage approval and some cases could even cause the mortgage to be unnecessarily declined.
