India Election Results: Amethi: Congress candidate Kishori Lal Sharma beats Smriti Irani | WION

UP voted in all seven phases of the Lok Sabha elections. In a big upset for the ruling party, a resurgent Samajwadi Party is leading in 38 seats, while the Congress which contested only 17 seats is ahead in seven. The BJP is leading in 31 seats.
