Mona, Rebecca, and Mark are joined by Aaron Grau, Sam Udani, Chris Galway, and Patrick McCarthy to discuss reactions and predictions following the US presidential election of 2020.

Chris Galway is one of the co-founders of the Immigration Industry Association, based in London, and has worked in the immigration industry sector for over 13 years. Chris has been involved in the Migration Industry in numerous roles, including Education Assessments and Skills Transitions for a Global Workforce, through to the invention of specific Insurance Products for Visa Holders and Expats to ensure the risk is mitigated in industry.

Patrick McCarthy is the Immigrant Investor Program Director at Sherbrooke Street Capital – the leading financial intermediary for Quebec’s Immigrant Investor Program. Patrick is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. He started his career with Citizenship & Immigration Canada’s Business Immigration Unit and has spent the last 20+ years working with immigration practitioners around the world, assisting them so they can better serve their immigrant investor and business immigration clients.

Sam Udani has been involved with the immigration community in the USA for most of his career spanning three decades, involving immigration politics and immigration policy and covering all manner of immigration into the USA. He has been a tireless advocate for enlightened immigration laws for the USA since ACWIA, AC21/ACTA and continuing from then on. Mr. Udani is the Publisher and CEO of ILW.COM and Immigration Daily, a position he has held for over twenty years. As Publisher, he directs activities of the website and newspaper with over 50,000+ pages of free information on immigration law that receives 250,000 visitors per month. Under Mr. Udani’s direction ILW has conducted 600+ CLE seminars, published over two dozen immigration law books and conducted hundreds of immigration events in over a dozen countries.

Aaron Grau is the Executive Director of IIUSA, the national membership-based nonprofit for the EB-5 Regional Center Program. Today, he joins Mona and Mark to discuss the current status of EB-5 and offer insights into the current congressional attitude toward the program. He shares the monumental impact that EB-5 has had on the U.S. economy and how, as we look forward to a world after COVID, the EB-5 Program can provide a variety of benefits.
