INGREDIENTS:
1 cup maida
1/2 cup rava
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 Cup milk
Water
Salt
3 cardamom


தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1 கப் மைதா
1/2 கப் ரவா
1/2 கப் சர்க்கரை
1/2 கப் பால்
தண்ணீர்
உப்பு
3 ஏலக்காய்

Recipe:
In a bowl take all ingredients and add water as required to make a dosa consistency batter. Mix and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil for deep fry. Pour a laddle of batter in oil and fry both sides until golden brown color. Cook in medium flame. In this way tasty appam is ready.

செய்முறை:
ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் அனைத்து பொருட்களையும் எடுத்து தேவையான அளவு தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து தோசை மாவு பக்குவத்தில் தயாரிக்கவும். கலந்து 10 நிமிடங்கள் ஒதுக்கி வைக்கவும். பொரிப்பதற்கு எண்ணெயை சூடாக்கவும். ஒரு கரண்டியில் மாவை எண்ணெயில் ஊற்றி இருபுறமும் பொன்னிறமாகும் வரை வறுக்கவும். மிதமான தீயில் சமைக்கவும். இப்படி செய்தால் சுவையான ஆப்பம் ரெடி.
