Why you should visit Croatia in Winter - Plitvice Lakes National Park - Croatia Family Road Trip

We took a 2 week road trip visiting all of Croatia on a family road trip! In part one of this series, we went to one of the countries' most famous sites, Plitvice Lakes National Park. What was unique about when we visited was all of the snow as we visited in November 2024 which is Winter in Croatia!

The snow had an incredible impact on the park which was absolutely spectacular! The entire park was covered in snow and ice which made it absolutely magical! We made sure to visit every waterfall, lake, and walkway in the park as we took Route B in a full circle, including the boat ride and tram.
