In order to unlock the Orarara achievement, you must choose the Haste Up option on the level up screen when you level up during a run. Haste Up will increase the speed of your weapons. To make this achievement easier, there are a few things you can do:

1) Purchase Reroll in the Shop and max it out. You can get to Rerolls by choosing Shop from the Main Menu and then choosing Buy Upgrades. Here, highlight Reroll on the Ability page, which looks like a die. Purchase it and level it up all the way to get more Rerolls during your run.

2) On the same page, navigate to the Hold Ability, which is down and to the left of Reroll (it looks like a red thumbtack). Once it is highlighted, purchase it and max level it. When used, Hold will cause a level up option of your choice to appear again during the next level up you get (up to a total of 5 uses per run). Having Hold max level basically means that once you get Haste Up to show up as a level up option, you can get it to show up guaranteed the next 5 level ups in a row!

Once you are prepared, start a run on either Stage Mode or Endless Mode with any Idol. Play normally, and when you level up, always choose Haste Up. If Haste up is NOT an option, use Rerolls until it does, OR, just pick something else if you can't Reroll. Once Haste Up DOES show up as a level up option, use Hold on it to guarantee that it will show up again the next time you level up. Choose Haste Up 10 times during the same run and the achievement will unlock!
