Halogenation - Alkene Reactions Part 5 of 9 - Organic Chemistry 101

In this fifth video on the reactions of the alkenes, we will encounter halogenation. Unlike the halogenation of an alkane, this is not a radical process. But how are these neutral molecules reacting in the first place?
