Singapore's Longest Serving Navy Sailor

How much do you love the sea? Probably not as much as Encik Roger Seow. Since joining the Republic of Singapore Navy at 16, he has seen the growth of over a thousand Navy men and women across his 47 years (and counting!) of service. Roger is also the longest-serving personnel in the RSN.
