🥕 2 cups shredded carrots
🍍 1 can chopped pineapple (drained)
🌰 ½ cup pecans (chopped)
✨ 35g gelatin
🥛 1 can condensed milk
🥛 1 can evaporated milk
🥛 1 can whole milk
🥕 1 peeled carrot
🧀 1 package cream cheese

1. Mix the drained pineapple juice and whole milk. Let the gelatin hydrate in the mixture for 15 minutes.
2. Dissolve the gelatin completely in the microwave or using a double boiler (baño María).
3. Blend the evaporated milk, condensed milk, peeled carrot, and dissolved gelatin
4. Mix the shredded carrots, pineapples, and pecans
4. Grease your mold with a neutral-tasting oil
5. Assemble: Pour a layer of the milk mixture, then add the carrot mix. Repeat, stirring slightly
6. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours (overnight is even better!).

🥕 2 tazas de zanahoria rallada
🍍 1 lata de piña en trozos (escurrida)
🌰 ½ taza de nuez picada
✨ 35g de grenetina
🥛 1 lata de leche condensada
🥛 1 lata de leche evaporada
🥛 1 lata de leche entera
🥕 1 zanahoria pelada
🧀 1 paquete de queso crema

Mezcla el jugo de la piña escurrida con la leche entera. Hidrata la grenetina en esta mezcla por 15 minutos.
Disolver la grenetina completamente en el microondas o a baño María.
Licuar la leche evaporada, la leche condensada, la zanahoria pelada y la grenetina disuelta
Mezclar la zanahoria rallada, la piña en trozos y la nuez picada.
Engrasar el molde con un aceite de sabor neutro
Vierte una capa de la mezcla de leches y luego agrega la mezcla de zanahoria. Repite el proceso
Refrigerar por al menos 5 horas (¡toda la noche es aún mejor!).
