Make your own almond flour, almond milk and almond butter in one recipe!

Finally 3 simple steps to make your own ingredients healthy, clean, cheaper and so easy.
This works for any nut flour, nut milk and nut butter. I have made cashew, pecans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and pistachios. #keto #paleo #vegan

RECIPE:
Scale 350 gr of whole almonds (with skin) in your Thermomix (you can also use slivered almonds and you can also use peanuts or cashews or macadamia nuts). DO NOT SCALE MORE THAN THIS because it will not work. Please note: you can also use lightly roasted almonds or cashews (roast them in a low oven 320 F/ 160 C on a baking tray until lightly golden and fragrant, let cool completely then process as indicated above/ these roasted nuts will release more fat as you make your nut butter).

Grind nuts at speed 10 until PULVERIZED (the time is aprox 2 mins you will notice its very finely ground like almond flour). Lower the speed to 3 or 4 and add sea salt to taste and process until the nut butter is formed. The time will depend on many things: what type of nuts you used, if they are roasted or not, how well you pulverized them at the beginning. If the Thermomix heats up because of friction and or over processing, just turn it off and let cool, continue the process at speed 3-4 and it will be done. You can keep the nut butter smooth or chunky.
