Welcome to Day 20 of this 40 day bodyweight fitness program! This is a program that is friendly for anyone of any fitness level. We provide multiple options for exercises so you can do the workouts with a partner, even if you're at different fitness levels!

Today's workout is a burner! Time to get the heart pumping with some bodyweight HIIT! Take breaks if you need, but challenge yourself to finish each circuit!

Lets get moving!

• 30s work/10s rest

• 30s work/10s rest

20 Minutes a day (Celebrating my 20th consecutive year of my own training journey!)
40 days (Celebrating my 40th birthday this year, 2026)

This is meant to be a daily program, with no breaks! If you miss a day, just jump back in from where you left off!

The program will be on a 7 day rotation, with a different focus on each day of the week.

The weekly workout schedule:

Day 1: Mobility & Strength
Day 2: Mobility & Flexibility Flow
Day 3: Bodyweight Strength
Day 4: Rest Day Mobility
Day 5: Core & Mobility
Day 6: HIIT Cardio
Day 7: Full Body Flexibility
