Copper wire granulation w/circuit boards and electronics, all metals recovered on a shaker table

The was a sample of copper wire, mixed metals, scrap electronics, etc that was sent by one of our customers in Poland for a test. His goal was to removed the rubber and plastic insulation from the insulated copper wire and get clean separation of the metals and the waste. I was skeptical this would work through a hammer mill, but I was pleasantly surprised it worked great! The copper wire was liberated from the insulation and separated beautifully on our shaker table. There was some other mixed metals in there such as aluminum, and some PCB material as well, but all those metals were recovered too. The customer is very happy with the results.
