Cosini | Guild League PvP Test June 19th Balance Patch

Hello fellow wizards! I have returned from a break and come back to this interesting balance update.
My thoughts after the first day of nonstop rbf/g league:
- Staff skills suck now because downranking doesn't increase damage, use for cc/sa only.
- Pet swap and staff super armor has DR now, so you can use them safely without exploding.
- Eva still feels strong, but sacrificing ap to gain more evasion feels SO BAD now, not recommended.
- AP feels like it's the best stat in the game now, solo killing people feels impossible, don't ever go without your team.
- HP on hit elixirs feel giga strong now.
- Shield classes/zerks are immortal, don't even bother trying.
- J doesn't know how to take things slow and flopped us from a one shot meta to a tank meta in one quick update, clownge
