The park will have landscapes, gardens, water plants, botanical gardens, drive-in cinema, light and sound show, wind and water café, a jogging track, among other facilities.

Sub urban town, next to the megalopolis of Mumbai had been bereft from large scale organised public ground of the park and KDMC had planned to develop this land as a flagship project, to commemorate this initiation of grand smart city planning of the town. This much needed Urban space, next to the water channel, had to cater to the different user group of the community and it is split in 2 phases by a water channel that connects to the nearby river. The larger chunk has been designed as Urban parks comprising of sports complex, shopping centre, pedestrian spine while the smaller chunk has been programmed to develop local level botanical park.
