Today I will cook Chicken Adobo. Chicken adobo is another popular dish here in the philippines. Very easy to cook and find spices. Chicken adobo is cooked with garlic, onion, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper and bay leaf. Here are the main spices. If you want to add more vegetables like potatoes, you can also make them better.I hope you like my simple dish. I hope I helped with the simple way how to cook chicken adobo.

🌼Marinate chicken🌼
The chicken is marinated in 2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of pepper powder. Marinate only 15 minutes. When the marinate is done, fry in 1/4 cup cooking oil

🌼Ingredients🌼
5 gloves chopped Garlic
1 small chopped Onion
1/2 kg Chicken
1/4 Cup Soy sauce
1 tsp whole peppercorn
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
3 dried Bay leaf
1/2 Cup Water

🌼PROCEDURE 🌼
1✅marinate the chicken in salt 2 pinches and 2 pinches pepper powder
2✅Fry the chicken lightly
3✅Saute the garlic and onion, add the fried chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, bay leaves, pepper and water.
4✅Cover and boil until the sauce thickens. Once you get this mixture it is already cooked. It can be transferred to a plate and served to the whole family. Enjoy 😊❤️
