Mutton :- 1 ½ Kg
Curd :- Half Kg
Fried Onion :- 4 Piece Onions
Mint Leaves :- 2 Bunch
Green Chili :- 7-8
Green Chili Paste :- 15 Green Chili
Coriander Leaves :- 2 Bunches
Lemon Juice :- 4 Lemon
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 5 Teaspoon
Salt :- 5 Teaspoon
Oil :- 2 cup
Red Chili Powder :- 1 Teaspoon
Cardamom :- 20
Caraway Seeds :- 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon :- 2
Cloves :- 5
Milk :- 1 Cup
Saffron :- Half Gram
