Catching a diamond lake trout in "Call of the Wild: The Angler" Golden Ridge Reserve can be quite rewarding! Here are some tips and tricks to help you out

Location:
1650 ft North of the Emerald Lake Plateau Boat Dock. Fish close to the Buoy.

Gear & Tackle:
Rod: Gilgamesh
Reel: Nebuchadnezzar
Line: 38.58 lb Fluorocarbon
Lure: # 2 jig head/.o5oz
Soft Plastics: Worm

Techniques:
Chum with a Pro Performance bait, throw it out 25 to 30 feet, then short cast over the chum.
Let the jig sink to the bottom with a jigging motion. The bottom is about 99 ft most of the time the Lake Trout will strike close to the bottom, if not keep jigging and reel in about 10 feet.
Repeat in 10 foot intervals to the surface, repeat procedure.

Perseverance is the key: Diamond-level fish are rare, so it might take some time and multiple attempts to catch one. Keep trying different spots and techniques.
