President Droupadi Murmu arrived in Puri, Odisha, as the chief guest for the Navy Day celebrations, which honor the achievements and role of the Indian Navy. Accompanied by Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, the Chief of Naval Staff, and Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Naval Command, the President was welcomed at the Blue Flag Beach. The event included a formal ceremony with the national anthem, marking the significance of Navy Day 2024.
