This will show you how to format and remove all the information from your Mio Navigation device or Navman Navigation device.
1. With the device trned on please connect to a USB port at the rear of the PC.
2. Click on 'Start' then 'My computer'
3. Locate the removable drive that is the GPS device.
4. Right click the mouse on the drivethen left click the mouse on 'Format'
5. Click 'Start' then 'yes' and the device will be wiped clean
6. ****When deleted disconnect and reconnect to the PC ****** This is Important
7. Open the MioMore Desktop and click on 'My Mio ' - 'Reinstall software' or 'Smart Recovery' depending on the version of MioMore Desktop.
8. Now you can recover the keys, install the voices and install the maps.
