Hi everyone! This is a sequel to our last Mindset Practice on the "Performance-Arousal-Relationship" and the Yerkes-Dodson law from Monday, May 25th. We have elaborated that, based on the aforementioned theory, a moderate level of arousal tends to be beneficial for our performance - neither too fatigued nor too excited seems to be the sweet spot. However, it is a bit more complicated than that and this relationship is multifaceted: Our zones for optimal functioning are individual, depending on many influencing factors, and situational circumstances, etc. Some theories, thoughts, ideas, and tips around all of that here!
