Coast to Coast (c2c) Whitehaven to Sunderland

This is our journey of the c2c which we started riding at 5am in the morning. We did this over 1.5 days but definitely think its possible to complete in a day, especially on an emtb. Ive tried to include as many of the various tracks so you get to see what to expect. The c2c was developed by Sustrans, the sustainable transport charity and is one of the UK's most popular rides. Each year approx 15,000 people cycle the 140 miles. There's some amazing artwork as you travel through the Lake District and going across the Pennines, and obviously some incredible views.

If you're thinking of doing this , stop procrastinating, put some dates in the diary and get it done, you wont regret it.
