The Nanpu Bridge is one of Shanghai's most iconic structures, known for its unique spiral approach and impressive engineering. Opened in 1991, it was the first bridge to connect both sides of the Huangpu River. The bridge spans over 8,300 meters (27,200 feet) and is famous for its striking circular design, which helps manage traffic flow efficiently. At night, the bridge is beautifully lit, creating a spectacular sight that stands out against Shanghai’s modern skyline.
