Restoring a 1950s Vintage Tilley Lamp

I got this old 1950s Tilley X246A paraffin (kerosene) pressure lamp at an auction a while back, and thought it would make a decent restoration project.


I was tempted to go all in on it and strip off the paint etc, but the lamp wasn't in bad shape. I like things to have a bit of wear and history to them, so I decided to just polish it up, replace the seals and get it cleaned up and working again.
