Join me, Toni Okamoto, and Alfonso Revilla as we chow down on vegan food all day! We kicked things off at the new Plant Power Fast Food restaurant in Sacramento, then went home for a strawberry smoothie and some home cooked sizzling Chinese string beans (recipe below), and I ended the day with a very lazy freezer meal: Gardein vegan meatballs and Alexia sweet potato fries.

The healthiest day? Certainly not. But this is real life, and I'm certainly not a food perfectionist. Balance is key, right?
