In this video i am Playing full ap Singed with 1000+ ap proxy top lane. Even pulled off some double proxys.

I was really suprise how much dmg ap Singed actually does, late game adcs just have to touch your poison once and they are dead. If thats not enought you can just run up to them use the E AA and lichbane does the rest.
