The Somnath Temple, located in Prabhas Patan near Veraval, Gujarat, is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and holds immense spiritual and historical significance. It is believed to be the first among the twelve Jyotirlingas. Situated on the shores of the Arabian Sea, the temple offers breathtaking views, especially during sunrise and sunset.

The temple has been destroyed and rebuilt several times in history, symbolizing the spirit of “Somnath – The Eternal Shrine”. Today, it stands as a magnificent structure built in the Chalukya style of architecture.
