Oreo Brownie Blondie Bars

Delicious indulgent Oreo Brownie Blondie Bars, brownie batter on the bottom and on top, blondie batter in the middle, layered between Oreos and Golden Oreos, baked to fudgy perfection!
Super easy to make!

Ingredients
Brownie Batter
3/4 cup unsalted butter (6 oz, 170 grams)
3/4 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips (4.4 oz, 127 grams)
3/4 cup brown sugar (5.2 oz, 150 grams)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (3.5 oz, 100 grams)
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (5.6 oz, 158 grams)
3 tbsp cocoa powder (0.77 oz, 22 grams)
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips (4.4 oz, 127 grams)

Blondie Batter
3/4 cup unsalted butter (6 oz, 170 grams)
3/4 cup brown sugar (5.2 oz, 150 grams)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (3.5 oz, 100 grams)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (7.8 oz, 221 grams)
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (3 oz, 85 grams)

To assemble
24 Oreos (plus more to decorate the top, if desired)
24 golden (Oreos plus more to decorate the top, if desired)
2/3 cup white and dark chocolate chips to decorate
