Quarantine Coffee Roasting - How to Roast On a Huky 500T

First of all, BIG apologies for the vertical framing - Landscape only in the future, I promise. In any case, this is a basic walkthrough of how I'm home-roasting coffee on my Huky 500 during this quarantine. This roast is of a natural processed Ethiopian Kochere Derikocha that I've been sampling and really enjoying as my daily pourover. Super fruity, slightly floral, some nice cocoa and an herbaceous minty finish.
