Healthy Costco Grocery Shopping! Costco Grocery Haul 2022

Come healthy Costco grocery shopping with me and then join me in my MASSIVE Costco grocery haul 2022! I haven't done a Costco grocery haul this year, so I'm very excited to take you grocery shopping at Costco for all the healthy yummy foods. Josh and I just got back from vacation in Palm Springs, so we literally have no food. So I had to buy A Ton of Costco groceries!

Not only is this a healthy Costco grocery shopping trip, but I also focused on buying foods that will help boost my fertility and prepare my body for IVF starting again in less than one week. As I go through my Costco grocery haul, I point out which foods I bought to help prepare my body for the embryo transfer on July 1.
