This milestone event marked the commencement of the construction of a four-lane divided road, which will replace the former Frisco Road in northwestern Fairview. The road will be realigned to intersect with Country Club Road at the State Highway 5 junction, just south of Medical City McKinney.

Thanks to a federal economic development grant and contributions from Medical City McKinney, Collin County, the city of McKinney, and the Billingsley Company, Fairview Crossing is set to become a reality.

The Billingsley Company plans to transform approximately 240 acres south of the road into a vibrant community encompassing retail, office, and multifamily spaces. The exciting Sloan Corners development, a part of Fairview Crossing, is anticipated to feature 100,000 square feet of retail space and a staggering 4.4 million square feet of office space.
