Homeless kittens want to suck milk from mother cat

A concerned man alerted us about five kittens abandoned by their cat mother. Despite the mother's previous attentive care, she and three other kittens disappeared. The remaining kittens were visibly distressed, attempting to comfort themselves by mimicking nursing behaviors. They appeared innocent and dependent, lacking the crucial warmth and nourishment only their mother could provide. We, familiar with the area from street feeding, couldn't locate the mother and speculate on her possible hidden location.

Efforts to find an adoptive cat among those accustomed to street feeding failed, leaving us with no choice but to prepare formula milk for the hungry kittens. The man, who had temporarily fed them regular milk, couldn't take them home due to a dog in his house posing a threat. Determined to help, we decided to take the kittens home with the intention of finding a nurturing mother cat among our own.
