Consumer behaviour is the study of how people make decisions when they purchase. It helps businesses and marketers capitalize on these behaviours by predicting how and when a consumer will make a purchase. By identifying what influences these decisions, we can highlight strategies to proactively manipulate behaviour.

In this video we look at the main theories and show how you can use them in your day-to-day operations. It’s not magic…it’s science!

Charlene provides business advisory services to current and aspiring entrepreneurs within Barrie and Simcoe County on a variety of business issues related to starting and operating a business, including regulations, business planning and marketing. Charlene comes from an extensive entrepreneurial background.

She has incorporated four Barrie area businesses in the past 20 years. She is also a graduate of Georgian College’s Business Admin – Marketing.
