My Easiest Sourdough Bread, discard recipe

This video will not show you a classic approach to making sourdough. This is my personal breadmaking technique devised to fit into a busy life. The bread is simple to make, and very flavorful. It has a moist interior and a beautifully crisp crust. We just love it. I hope that you will enjoy it as well.
