⭐ Ingredients
📌 For Pasta
• Pasta – 2 cups (penne/fusilli)
• Water – as needed
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Oil – 1 tsp
📌 For White Sauce
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 tbsp
• Milk – 1½ to 2 cups (warm)
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Mixed herbs / Oregano – 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes – ½ tsp (optional)
• Salt – to taste
• Cheese – 2–3 tbsp (optional for extra creamy taste)
📌 Veggies (optional but tasty)
• Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
• Sweet corn – ¼ cup
• Carrot – ¼ cup (chopped)
• Onion – 1 small (sliced)

🧑‍🍳 Method
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
1. Boil water with salt & oil
2. Add pasta and cook till al dente (soft but firm)
3. Strain and keep aside
2️⃣ Sauté Veggies (Optional)
1. Heat a little butter or oil
2. Add veggies & sauté for 2–3 mins
3. Keep aside
3️⃣ Make White Sauce (Béchamel Sauce)
1. Heat butter in a pan
2. Add flour, mix well – cook till raw smell goes (1-2 mins, don’t brown it)
3. Slowly pour warm milk and whisk continuously (no lumps)
4. Cook till it thickens
5. Add salt, pepper, herbs, chilli flakes
6. Add grated cheese and mix (optional but yummy)
4️⃣ Combine
• Add sautéed veggies + boiled pasta into the sauce
• Mix well and cook for 1–2 mins
• Adjust consistency with little milk if too thick
Add 2 spoon homemade mayonnaise
Add some garlic for taste
🍽️ Serve
Garnish with herbs & cheese on top
Serve hot & creamy!
