If you’re looking to move to Wellesley and have a breeze of a commute to the city then you need to check out these neighborhoods.

One of our favorite neighborhoods in town is the Poets. With streets all
named after famous poets, this neighborhood offers many homes built in the 1930s that have been updated throughout the years. With a grid set up, tucked between route 9 and Warren park, you have incredible access to the town Rec Center and the largest playground around; and easy access to the mass pike and the Wellesley Farms Train Station make this a commuters dream.

The Lower Falls neighborhood abuts Newton, with easy access to a few restaurants and our favorite wine store Lower Falls Wine Co. You’ll find homes in the $1-2.5m range and easy highway access. Both the Lower Falls neighborhood and Poets attend Schofield elementary.

The Standish and Sheridan Estates neighborhoods have many cape style homes originally designed by Royal Barry Wills and built in the late 1930s. Located off of Oakland St, it provides easy access to route 9. Both of these neighborhoods will attend Fiske elementary and provide a great neighborhood feel with homes ranging from $1-3m.
