Monique La Chapelle is a Trinbagonian Singer-songwriter and Musician. She began writing songs at age ten and, by the age of twelve, she was performing her original music on stage. In 2015, she released her first single “Eviction Notice” that remained at #1 for 6 weeks on the Indigenous music charts and made it to the Semi-finals of the International Songwriting Competition. Growing up in the performing arts, she is a very experienced vocalist and captures her audience excellently. The young 23-year-old hopes to pursue an International Career being a singer-songwriter who performs her music for a global audience. Her original music is always well received wherever she performs and her soulful Jazz fusion to covers are a delight to listen to. Monique is a passionate and career driven individual with a desire to inspire everyone she meets. She thoroughly enjoys performing and lifting the hearts of others through her music.

The album is a single-issue release and is being shopped to international music catalogues for sync opportunities. MusicTT's Spotlight offers up-and-coming artistes in Trinidad and Tobago training across areas such artiste branding, vocal training, stage performance coaching, music business and IP training as well industry networking.

Darryl Gervais, one of the most sought-after songwriters in the Caribbean has successfully contributed to albums and growing catalogues for MegaTrax, Universal Music Australia, LA Records, Netflix, Nickelodeon to name a few. He is the executive producer of ‘Project Spotlight III’ Project Spotlight’s production and mixing service were done by Jhay C of HCL, one of Australia’s most successful Urban Pop producer/writers.
