Onion Board -Pletzel

I remember my father making onion board in his bakery .I can't find any local bakeries that make this so I decided to try making it myself. This is called Pletzel but I know it as Onion Board . It's a Jewish flat bread, similar to a Focaccia bread and it is fairly simple to make. Enjoy this room temperature, have it plain or spread with a bit of butter.

Ingredients:
DOUGH
1 and 1/4 Cups Warm Water
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 Cups Unbleached Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 and 1/4 Teaspoon Yeast

*TOPPING
2 Medium Onions Diced
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil to Sautee onions
1 Teaspoon Salt
Poppy Seeds and Sea Salt
