There is a separate inner case featuring a crystal clear backplate for the iPad Pro which attaches magnetically to the outer case, and of course it can be used by itself as well. Finally, the case supports auto sleep wake and there is a charging spot for your Apple Pencil Pro, as well as a strong magnetic latch to secure both the folio cover and the Apple Pencil Pro when closed. Overall, this is a nice case from ESR, but keep in mind that the stand functionality doesn't work that well on a lap or propped up in bed. On a table, it works great, but softer, uneven surfaces are a bit of a challenge for the ESR Rebound Hybrid 360.
