Ingredients -
1 Cup Moong Dal
1/4 Cup Chana Dal

For Boiling -
Water as required
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/4 tsp Lal mirch powder

For Dal Palak -
250 gm Plalak
5 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Jeera
dry red chilli
Tej Patta ( Bay Leaf )
Crushed Dal chin & Laung ( Cinnamon & Cloves )
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
1 Tbsp Grated Garlic
2 Chopped Green Chilli
1 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Tsp Haldi Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
Salt as taste
Chopped Palak
Boiled Dal
Water as Required

For Tadka-
2 Tbsp Ghee
1/4 Tsp Jeera
1/4 Tsp of Hing
Pinch of Haldi Powder
1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
Dry Red Chilli
1/4 Tsp Kasuri methi
