Correction: The TCXO is a "Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator" not what I thought: "Temperature Controlled".
This is a quick , easy, cheap way to prevent drift with the cheap Si5351 boards.
The boards are only a few dollars and the TCXOs are about $2-3 each.
The PCB footprint is the same so with a cut track and two links you can easily replace the standard crystal with a TCXO oscillator and get all your crystals, the PLL, and the VCO replaced in your older radios.
