Hi guys!

We are back with another video for you and this time we focus on abs with bonus cardio.

Why did I add cardio in between ? Because the reason we don’t see our abs even when we work so hard is because we are holding layers of fat above them. Only when we manage to burn the layers of fat we are able to see the abs

This is why I didn’t just do an ab workout here but actually added some cardio so that we are able to burn the layers of fat while working our abs at the same time.
