I finally did it, woot!
Ah, Eliwood. The one who always had that middling issue, a stronger but slower Lyn, also a weaker but faster Hector. So he's always stuck in the middle, defensive wise, he can neither dodge/tank consistently; offensive wise, he can neither double/damage consistently too.
---------------------------------------------
FAQ for the run:
1: How is Eliwood able to get maxed stats, along with that incredible 51HP and 30Luk for a non-promote?
He starts off as a Lv1 Lord with 18HP/7Luk, meaning that he has a maximum of 19HP/Luk growths. Hence at level 20, he can have 18+19 = 37HP, and 7+19 = 26Luk.
There are 2 angelic robes and 3 goddess icons available in HHM, giving a final total of 37+14 = 51HP and 26+6 = 30 Luk (maxed).
The rest of his stats are slightly easier to cap, given the maximum is only 20. Even if you don't get some of the stat gains during level up, you can still rely on the statboosters to fill up the gaps.
2: What is the A.I. character priority in FE7?
The A.I. priority is determined by character order, it means that a certain character will move before another, regardless of how that character performs in battle. That is why boss units always move first because they are given this priority. Using this mechanic, we can use the inverse range abuse.
3: What is the inverse range abuse?
Before that, let's go back to the regular range abuse. It's just using a ranged unit to attack a melee unit so that you can't get countered. The word "inverse" here simply means that you use that as a technique to block certain ranged users (e.g. mage) from attacking from range, and bait them to attack you while being close range, so that your melee unit can counterattack during enemy phase. Along with the A.I. priority, Eliwood can prevent Ursula from attacking afar, since she moves AFTER Jerme.
4: Why use Nils and Lowen?
Eliwood is not able to reach Uhai on time because of his fixed initial position, using Nils is inevitable, so Uhai wouldn't come out and wreck havoc on other units. As for Lowen, this run is impossible if we only have up to 5 item slots. Eliwood will need to really RNG abuse for every single hit to be a critical in order to save weapon uses. As you can see from the video, I am already very lucky from the battle against Lloyd, Brendan and Ursula, and yet I can still break 2 weapons due to Nergal being too tanky. Don't forget about the slots for holding elixirs too. I prepared 2 stocks just in case, although I didn't expect Eliwood to dodge all Nergal's attacks.
5: Why do you use these weapons, aren't there any better choices?
Without lancereaver, Darin can most likely deplete Eliwood of his elixirs.
Runesword also serve as a combat elixir that work against some enemies, otherwise I'll need to stock up even more elixirs.
Rapier is effective against Uhai/Ursula/Darin, and it gives bonus critical too.
Durandal is for the dragon, pretty much mandatory for this run.
Brave sword is the MVP, without it, Eliwood can never double the mini-bosses, otherwise he will be wasting turns to attack while increasing the chances of getting hit during the enemy phase.
6: Is it possible to prevent the druid to cast berserk with a sword user?
No. No one is strong enough to defeat Kenneth with a ranged sword (to break that A.I. priority and the enemy reveal during enemy phase), unless Kenneth decides to move in to melee range and do a suicide attack. Even so, it is impossible to do that as Kenneth is assigned to move BEFORE the druid. This is why for my sword user runs, the druid is always able to cast berserk on them, be it the character dodges or not.

Fun Fact:
Eliwood is the only lord who is able to OHKO the dragon! Ranked 2 in terms of damage dealt. You will need maxed Str, Durandal, Filla's Might and maxed support with attack-boosting characters. Do note that his maximum critical chance is only 6% due to his skill cap and affinity.
Sadly, I really can't really think of anything else, since he's not as awesome as Hector. :P

Remaining Character Journeys that might be on hold:
Renault: I hate Ursula.
Isadora: I hate her Con.
Unpromoted Lyn: Even weaker than unpromoted Eliwood.
The rest are good to go (ongoing):
Raven/Marcus/Kent/Jaffar/Legault/Canas/Eliwood/Lyn/Unpromoted Hector. I don't think I missed out anyone, leave a comment if I did.
