SRAM AXS GX - Finally, a cheaper wireless drivetrain with high performance!!

SRAM GX AXS just launched their GX Level 12 speed electronic wireless drivetrain. Priced at £554 / $600 for the upgrade kit with a spec and performance thats almost identical to the more expensive X01 version.

12 speed, works with the 10-52t cassette and compatible with the rest of the eagle system so you can mix and match. The shifter uses a small button cell battery which should last for about 2 years. These are readily available from local stores / amazon etc.

Some cool features like overload clutch to allow it to move out the way in an impact and a neat app to customise the controls and can even monitor time spent in each gear. Neat!
